Clearances

All Clearances are now put through the RevSport system.

A paper clearance form is only required if the player is not registered on RevSport and has played in the last five years.

Interclub Permit Form

Where a junior/senior interclub permit is issued, the person is only able to play junior hockey with the junior noted club and senior hockey with the senior noted club. Where a junior/junior interclub clearance is issued, the person is only able to play in the listed teams and may not play senior hockey
